According to a poll conducted by INC.com only 53% of Americans define themselves as “successful”. The remaining 47% appear to find success illusive and difficult to obtain.

Success is defined as, ‘the achievement of something desired, planned, or attempted.” Why do many act as though success has eluded them? The coaching profession was designed to facilitate the exploration of needs, motivations, desires, skills and thought processes to assist the individual in making real, lasting change.
